Ripplemesh is an organizational learning and intelligence platform built around a simple idea: an organization’s most valuable knowledge is not confined to courses, documents, or dashboards. At its foundation is a move beyond conventional xAPI activity tracking. Ripplemesh’s Experience Statements architecture aims to represent not just that an activity occurred, but the people, actions, objects, context, and outcomes that give an experience meaning. This creates a richer basis for understanding how learning relates to competency, performance, safety, and organizational results. Its semantic brain builds on that foundation by connecting validated concepts and patterns, so people can ask questions across organizational knowledge and get answers grounded in indexed sources rather than relying on plausible-sounding invention. “Hallucination-free” is the aspiration and design principle: answers should be traceable to evidence, and uncertainty or missing evidence should not be hidden.
